PROGRAMS

FEA appreciates that parents are the first and most important educators of their children and our programs are designed to support them in this role.  Our focus is on the need to develop character strengths in children when they are young, with the aim of raising happy, responsible, competent adults who can be generous with others and make good choices in life.  We use the case study method, modified from the Harvard Business School model. This process trains participants to delve into the deeper issues of family life, while teaching important problem-solving and analytical skills.  In an enjoyable, friendly atmosphere, parents will gain expertise and confidence in finding the best  approaches to the everyday issues and problems of their unique family. This learning, and the teamwork with other parents, are the essence of our programs.    Sessions are held both in the home and in larger  general meetings.
