FEA is passionate about helping parents discover the richness and joy that family life can bring.  We don’t believe that good parenting is about having off-the-shelf techniques and strategies, but rather in having the skills to solve the problems and challenges that will always be unique to their own situation – nobody else has your children or your unique parenting style.   

While families may share many similarities with other families, each experience is as unique as the people involved.  That’s why we believe that being able to solve problems is the most valuable tool parents can have.   Family life is often unpredictable, and when parents are open to learning and adapting, they are best placed to succeed in their efforts to raise happy, competent adults, well prepared to face their own futures.
