Family Enrichment Australia is run by a network of volunteers and program leaders across the country, many of whom came to this work through their own experience of what steady, practical support can do for a marriage or a family.

We are affiliated with the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD), which connects our local teams to decades of program design and a wider community of family-support organisations across the world.

Gavin & Rosie Boneham

Gavin is a practising optometrist with a PhD in Science and a Master's in Marriage and Family Studies and Rosie is an elected local councillor. They have been married for 39 years and raised nine children together, now with twelve grandchildren.

They attended their first FEA course in 1989 and never looked back - going on to develop and promote parenting and marriage courses across Australia and New Zealand.

In their current role as lead couple of the organisation, they remain as enthusiastic as ever about family enrichment and the valuable contribution it makes to families across Australia.

Paul & Yvette Robrigado

Paul is a GP whose practice is centred on caring for the people who need it most, with a particular focus on Indigenous health, women and children. Yvette has spent her career teaching, practising law and, most importantly, raising their two children.

Their own family life - wonderful, chaotic and messy in equal measure is what drew them to Family Enrichment Australia and its belief that families don’t need to be perfect to deserve support.

Today, Paul and Yvette lead FEA’s work in Victoria, bringing warmth, compassion and heart to everything they do for families.

State Leaders - Victoria

Patrick & Maureen Coyne

Maureen and Patrick Coyne have been part of Family Enrichment Australia in Victoria since its earliest days. Together they raised six children and are now proud grandparents to twenty-seven grandchildren.

Joining FEA Victoria in 2002, Maureen and Patrick helped build its early programs, including the Annual Family Enrichment Weekends. Over the years, they became experienced facilitators, training in Sydney & overseas, generously sharing what they learned with other couples and emerging moderators.

In 2018, Maureen and Patrick became the Lead Couple for FEA Victoria, a role they held until their retirement from leadership in 2026. Across those years, they supported countless families through FEA’s marriage and parenting courses and helped nurture a growing community of families and volunteers. Today they serve on the board as trusted advisors to the FEA team.
